• Location — used to show salons near you. We only access location when you interact with location features.

• Device information — basic device data (model, OS version) collected automatically by Firebase for analytics and crash reporting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Verify your identity and keep your account secure.
• Show you salons and services available near your location.
• Process and manage your salon bookings.
• Send booking confirmations and status updates.
• Improve app performance and fix bugs using anonymised crash data.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only in these limited cases:

• Salon partners — your name and booking details are shared with the salon you book so they can serve you.
• Firebase (Google) — we use Firebase for authentication, database, and crash reporting. Data is processed per Google's privacy policy.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
